1. In Flash 8 go to Window > Common Libraries, in Flash MX 2004 go to Window > Other Panels > Common Libraries
2. Select the animation from the list 'Cola Glass' ,'Champagne Glass' or 'Beer Glass'
3. The source file library will open and you can drag the movie clip from the library to your stage.
